Catalonia Cocktail

Glassware: Gin tonica glass

  • 45ml Gin
  • 2 bar spoons Apricot Jam
  • 10ml Campari
  • 5 dashes orange bitters
  • Top with tonic water

Combine everything except the tonic water, in a cocktail shaker, shake for 8-10 seconds, fine strain over fresh ice, top with tonic water, garnish, and serve.
