Glassware: Wine glass

  • 45ml Tequila
  • 15ml Apricot Brandy
  • Splash of Aperol
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • Bitter Lemon

Combine tequila, lemon juice and apricot brandy in a cocktail shaker with ice, strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Float in Bickford and sons Bitter Lemon to finish and garnish with a lemon peel curl.
