19th Century Fizz

Glassware: Coupette glass

  • 30ml Gin
  • 15ml White Crème de Cacao
  • 15ml Lillet Blanc
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • 5 ml fresh lemon juice
  • Top with Bickfords Bitter Lemon

Combine everything except the bitter lemon, in a cocktail shaker, shake for 8-10 seconds, fine strain into glass, top with bitter lemon, garnish, and serve.
