The Grapes of Wrath

Glassware: Highball glass

  • 45ml chilli infused blanco tequila
  • 10ml apple liqueur
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 6 coriander leaves
  • 2 dashes rhubarb bitters
  • Bickford and Sons Sparkling Red grape and hibiscus

Combine all ingredients except sparkling mixer in a cocktail shaker, shake for 8-10 seconds with ice. strain into glass over fresh ice. top with mixer garnish and serve.
